Corporate Overview

Abzu Gold Ltd. (the "Company") is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company, which operates in Ghana through its wholly owned Ghanaian subsidiary Abzu Resources Ltd., ("Abzu"). Abzu has worked in Ghana for the past four years developing strategic relationships with key leaders and selectively acquiring prospective gold-bearing concessions. Previous work on two concessions (mid-1990s to early 2000s) demonstrates extensive gold anomalism consistent with the occurrence of gold mineralization at depth. The Company will be evaluating these anomalies in early 2011 and undertaking initial exploration on its other concessions.

The Company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange on December 20, 2010 following a Plan of Arrangement between Totem Minerals Inc. ("Totem"") and Abzu by which Totem purchased all of the issued and outstanding shares of Abzu's and a subsequent change of its name to Abzu Gold Ltd.

Each member of the Company's management team possesses a diverse range of multinational exploration, technical and business development experience.
